The Grand Hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Even though it is very close to the airport, the planes weren't bothersome, you could only hear a humming sound when the engines would start up, would definitely stay again.

For close to $400 a night, you'd expect everything to be perfect...it wasn't. Rooms are very loud and walls very thin. I could hear everything happening in rooms beside me. Worse, the walls are so thin, you can hear another rooms air conditioning turning on and off all night. The staff are helpful but for the type of property they are trying to be, there's a lot of work to be done.

Very nice stay. Nice, well kept, old grand hotel. Only minor issues were the line up at the front desk can be long and the tv was not HD in the room.

Staff not very friendly, more of a job for them. Went for Hotub and closed for maintenance every Monday.
