Great location. The staff that checked us in was amazing!!!! The next morning we needed front desk help and that person was rude and unsavory. Otherwise it was a wonderful trip and if everyone could operate like the guy that checked us in, it would be a solid go to in Tribeca/downtown.

Location unbeatable, staff was wonderful. Property is run down, room wasn’t clean enough - water stains and a couple small bugs in bathroom. The pool and spa area was not modern, not as clean as I would like. Horrendous disposable flip flops instead of standard gym/hotel slides.

A comfortable, well run hotel. Food was good. Pool was very chill. Did not try the spa.

The breakfast was very good and it's very convenient to get to many landmarks.

IRA is the best part of this hotel!! The WiFi was spotty but the place is beautiful and well located. The new supper club is insanely gorgeous!! And the gym!!!!!

The front desk staff and the house cleaning staff were both noteworthy!

A few highlights about the property and then specifics, Scale from 1-10 (10 best) Location - 11 (ELEVEN) The best location by far. Room - 7.5 Deluxe King (hardly deluxe) -Small-ish and in need of updating, clogged shower (fixed) and not 100% clean. There was a bottle cap on the floor by the bed when we arrived and still there 2 days later. Someone is not cleaning properly. Door Staff - 3 - I opened the door more than acceptable at a Ritz -Carlton Reception - 8.5 - Friendly except for check out time. Did not even acknowledge us while on their computer. Lobby Bar and Restaurant - 4.5 - Lacks service levels and the Cesar salad was not edible. Time for a new F&B Manager, Chef, and new cuisine concept. Bathroom Commode - You better be small and thin. Just overall not a RITZ CARLTON experience.

Our family of five just finished a trip from Boston, Nantucket, NYC & then Washington DC. Multiple issues with this DC hotel: (1) Property is EXTREMELY dated and it does not match the photos provided on Expedia or the Omni website. (2) Expedia provided an email in April stating that my deposit had been made for this reservation, but Expedia and/or the hotel never collected it for some reason, so I spent an extraordinary amount of time at check in trying to reconcile why Expedia would send me an email stating that I paid a deposit and the hotel had no record of it. (3) The view from our room (330) was awful and to make matters worse, the hotel had yellow caution tape across a portion of the windows. (4) The AC in the room was not cooling properly, but the hotel hallways were consistently freezing. (5) The shower was dated & gross. I would not stay here again. I booked this room because it was a suite appropriately sized for a family of five, however I should have booked two rooms at a different hotel.
