Clean and as expected! Staff was polite and professional. The room was cozy and a/c super cold. It was on the very edge of Polanco but still very walkable and centrally located. My only complaint is that it took a bit of tries to figure out the hot and cold water in the shower but figured it out.

I arrived and noticed that the toilet was dirty and the sink was clogged. Not what I was expecting. Everything else was fine; I only spent one night.

The staff is very friendly and room was well maintained and kept very clean. Love the laundry same day service! The resturant food was very good as well as lots of menu options. Will be back to stay for a week.
