Toilet backed up. Blower dryer was broken unusable. Pillow case on one of the pillows had large black dirt mark. Very small TV. Bed was very uncomfortable and too firm. Light in toilet room was not working. Sink drain in bathroom was clogged. Overall the room was outdated and needs upgrading. Room is not well maintained. I will not be coming back to this hotel property.

It’s a five star. Safety was key priority that I experienced while staying there. The hotel staff was pro active in making sure my needs are met. 24 hours reception and concierge was amazing.
