The room was very cold and not prepared for guests.
Phone doesn’t work, I might go to reception every time and it was a lot because no hair dryer, no shampoo, no heater.
And OMG it was sooo noisy in room at night!!

Very nice hotel. The staff were all really nice and ready to help. Clean rooms. Restaurant was really good especially our weiter Johann. Bar was well stocked with servers nice and knowledgeable. Would certainly go back.
