The help was excellent especially the staff by the pool Alex took excellent care of us always Jonny on the spot the Maude were excellent they even brought cookies at turn down the only gripe I had was they would not let us check in 15 minutes early lines got extremely busy at three meals were good their idea of a great steak and mine were different the least expensive steak was spot on the more expensive tasted like it was boiled some people could like it just not me over all great vacation

Everything went exactly as we envisioned. Great staff, great food, great amenities. We would love to come back.

The facility and location are beautiful! The real stand-out things for us were the staff, all of the restaurants and the food options, and the beauty of the location. We will consider another visit to Hotel Riu Palace Pacifico and Puerto Vallarta!

At check-in, I asked for a bottle of water because I was thirsty. I paid for the bottle of water with my credit card and gave the employee a $6 tip (3 new $2 bills). At checkout, I was told I owed them for a bottle of water. I told them I paid for the water at check-in, and gave a generous tip. They told me I was a liar and that I needed to pay for the water. I felt humiliated because they told me the only way they could verify my account of the payment was by reviewing video cameras. I felt humiliated since they were accusing me of not paying for a single bottle of water after I had spent thousands of dollars at their facilities during my stay. I ended up paying for the same water twice since I was running late to drop off my rental car.
