Food pricey and low quality. After 6 pm most all the amenities closed. Not a hotel not a resort. Two days it is enough to stay.

Perfect place. Definitely I recommend

It is a nice place but our room was so outdated , sliddibg door was stuck , blinds were falling offs, bathroon door didnt lock , toilet made a lot of noise and got stuck when flashing. Starburcks worker were so rude. Front office were nice and they guy whintook us to our room was super nice and helpful.

The property is absolutely beautiful. Our unit was in the main building and had two bedrooms. It was clean and cleaned daily, well furnished, and the bathrooms in particular were regal! It was about a 20 minute drive to the Disney theme parks and maybe 25-30 minutes to Orlando and the activities near International Drive. We will plan to stay here again.

great hotel and very friendly staff very clean rooms and fast service

The property was perfect for our needs, the specific house we were in this time (second time there) had an undersized Central Air for bottom floor and the bedrooms always seemed warmer than the common areas.

I loved the accommodations and beauty of the place

We checked in to a room with the AC not working, they tried to fix it the night we checked in so we gave it some time to see if it would work.. well it didn’t. The next day our room was at 80 degrees the whole day, come to find out the compressor was broken. Went to see if they would give us another room, at first they said they were completely booked and offered us box fans. Supervisor came and gave us another room

The property was well kept with beautiful landscaping. The condo was nice and fresh with comfortable beds (could use an extra set of towels in bathroom for backup). The pool experience needs improvement in regards to having adequate loungers available for guests without having to reserve. Tried reserving a cabana couple weeks before and that was unsuccessful. Check in process was also slow. Overall, nice accommodations if you are looking for family environment with lots of kids.
