The hotel was fine enough and the beds were comfortable. We’d asked in advance about luggage storage and were told no problem, but when we got there no one would answer our messages about where to store our luggage and there is no staff onsite. Finally we found housekeeping cleaning a room and asked her and she told us we had to store our luggage at a sister hotel a few blocks away. Information that would have been nice to have in advance. Or to have someone answer our messages and told us (to this day they still haven’t replied). Also - not the hotel’s fault but the street outside our room was VERY loud with late night people and the buss going by. Also a wild party all night in the unit across the street. I guess that’s the trade off for the hotel being conveniently central to everything. Nothing the hotel can change, just go forewarned and bring ear plugs.
