Hotel is frozen in 90’s. A/C was not working properly, bathtub was not in a good state (rusty/permanent stains etc). No housekeeping in the afternoon as the come in the morning only. No bellboy in the facilities (the receptionist helped us by calling a staff from the bar. No beach towels (you need to deposit 10 euro per towel to get it)...Food was below average, we didnt eat there at all. Overall not value for money. Airbnb can be a better alternative. Positives: pet friendly, staff is trying their best and top service. Easy access to the beach. Good mix of customer profile (old people, families with kids, young people). Location is not touristic so you can really relax and chill. Internet was good. Good food alternatives around. Nice and cozy neighborhood.

Loved my stay here. The building is beautiful and the staff were so helpful. They were able to help me get transportation to see a nearby archaeological site that is otherwise hard to get to by bus. Breakfast also excellent!

The bed was super uncomfortable; you couldn’t even sit on it because we were sinking in. I couldn’t iron my clothes due to having no ironing board, iron, or steamer. The blow dryer looked like a vacuum hose, the shower was full of mold, and the moldings were rotten from water damage. The ventilation is not the greatest, either, because I was able to smell cigarette smoke in our hotel room.The pool area was full of mold, especially the Jacuzzi! The lobby is big and has potential, but you couldn't sit comfortably because the black leather chairs and couches made you sink right in, and they were dirty and super uncomfortable. There was a family of seven sitting and eating spaghetti; unfortunately, their kids weren’t behaving, and spaghetti was all over the table and the floor. Nobody said anything to them. However, when my husband tried to bring me breakfast upstairs that I had already paid for because I was sick, staff told him no and offered us room service instead.This hotel is way overpriced. If you charge euro 250 a night, a cheap euro 5 iron should be accessible to guests.One of the elevator has issue my husband notified their front desk, but they didn’t do anything about it.Unfortunately, this was our last stay.
