Amazing location, staff were friendly and hotel was very clean.

Its location to the city bus and the hop on hop off. Its right in front of the hotel. There are 3 restaurants with beautiful views within 500 meters or less (go up the hill) and a delicious authentic Greek restaurant with a very friendly owner/staff (also up the hill on the right, as well as a convenience store next door. Pool with pool bar a bonus!

This hotel has 5 star staff in in a 3/4 star setting. The room was spacious and very clean with a comfortable bed but the sea view room should have been described as a side sea view. The breakfast was typical of a package hotel with hard working but disorganised staff. The main swimming pool was excellent and easily the highlight of our stay. We felt secure with the lifeguard Niki who was friendly and very welcoming. The hotel gardens are extensive and well kept. The greeting from Christina on Reception was warm and informative but the departure with another reception college was remarkable in its efficiency with zero interest in our weeks stay. One aspect of the 5 star hotel we found disappointing was that not all guests received drinking water without extra payment!

Hotel very dated we did get an upgrade which made it better, the pool area horrific needs completely renovated Crickets loud and annoying Breakfast was good We only stayed one night which I’m glad as would not of wanted another day at that pool Not clean

Fantastic restful and beautiful retreat

Overall the hotel was great. Food choices and quality were excellent (particularly breakfast and dinner). Drink selection was good too. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned daily (if you want that) but option for DND. 3 pool choices and access to the beach means that you aren’t struggling to get a sunbed (June holiday) and gives you a variety of places to go depending on what you want that day. The gym needs to have some antibacterial spray in so that people can wipe down equipment after use as it gets very hot and sweaty in there. The hotel is quite remote, you can get a bus into Corfu which takes around 45 (traffic dependant) but no-where to really walk to from the hotel itself. So if you want to be able to go out with ease then would not recommend this hotel. Whilst it is a hilly resort, nothing is actually that away and is walkable. They do offer a golf buggy shuttle service if you need it though!

I am sad I only had a night here because I thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality from the front desk to the bar and restaurant staff. Accommodating, warm and friendly. I’ll definitely be booking to come next year.. or sooner.
