I booked this hotel expecting basic amenities, especially a hot shower and a comfortable night’s sleep. Unfortunately, there was no hot water during my stay, making it impossible to shower. This completely defeated one of the main reasons I booked the hotel.
I informed the front desk, but the issue was not resolved in a timely manner, and there was no compensation offered. A functioning hot water system is a basic expectation for any hotel, and not having it significantly impacted my stay.

Aloha, enjoyed our stay at H4 in solothurn. Quieter than being in town. Great location for easy access to town center, just across the pedestrian walkway. Air conditioned hotel, nice in the of summer. Lots of parking. Staff amazingly friendly and helpful. Enjoy!

"We were visiting during a heat wave and the rule is that you can set the AC, 5 degrees lower then the outside temperature. Needless to say it wasn't a pleasant evening sleeping, when it was 95 degrees outside. Americans would say there was no AC but there, it's just a hot day. I would have liked ..."
