I am a solo traveller. I love the quality of this hotel and feel very safe in Seefeld. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. In October 2024 I had a room with a single bed. It was hard to sleep as it was so small but on my trip in March 2025 I had a double bed which made my holiday so much more enjoyable. The food is amazing as is the spa area. I would highly recommend any of the Kaltschmid hotels, I have been staying in their hotels for 25 years.

I LOVE this hotel. All members of staff are really helpful. The facilities in this hotel are endless, there are lots of swimming pools to suit everyone all heated 2 outdoor, splash park and water slide indoors, many games in the sport pub, I can go on forever.
I will stay there again whenever I'm in Innsbruck.
The level of service is beyond 5*.
Great place, near most ski pistes, train station and town centre.
Highly recommend.

The staff were helpful and friendly and went out of their way to help. We were the only English people staying and they made us feel very welcome. The location was fantastic and the facilities great. Large room and comfortable beds. Made good use of the free Stubaital card and went up all the mountains in the valley. Also used it to go into Innsbruck twice [free transport on buses].

"Hotel is fantastic with great staff. My only complaint was that we were charged €15 per day for car parking. Which is excessive when there are other good hotels in the area offering free parking"
