Lovely clean hotel with really nice reception staff that made us welcome, all spoke good English. Pretty quiet place all in all with modern amenities and within walking distance of many attractions which is what we wanted. There are a couple of small gripes though, bathroom was in need of a little maintenance, loose soap dish, hairdryer plastic had melted sometime in the past at the nozzle end preventing styling nozzle from attaching but it still worked fine. Shower door and screen leaked. Bed was ok but pillows weren't very comfy. Had housekeeping every day which was great always came back to a lovely clean room. Food at breakfast was very good and again with lovely staff attending. There was a small bar in the hotel but we didn't use it so cannot comment. If asked if I would stay again then definitely I would say yes. Had a lovely time there with nothing to spoil my first visit to Rome.

Breakfast had a great range of food that was very fresh. Staff were friendly, polite and most helpful. The hotel is beautiful- and the rooms are excellent. Beds are very comfortable. This hotel sets the standard in Rome. It was an absolute pleasure to stay there- and so close to everything. Well done.

The buffet was amazing!

Clean room. Staff friendly and helpful. Buffett breakfast good enough. Pool only open for the weekend in May as well as the rooftop

The property was gorgeous! It was the nicest spa I have ever seen. There were so many amenities. There was a few saunas, an ice bath, steam room, an emotional shower, waterfall pools for neck and shoulders, 7 whirlpool tubs indoors, 10 whirlpool tubs in the gardens, lots of loungers, gravity beds and much more. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice. Big items for my husband. The room was a Supeior room. It was very beautiful and spacious.

Nice new hotel in a good area of Rome. I appreciated the help with restaurant reservations and planning, however the overall service and attention to detail still felt inconsistent and not fully polished for a luxury hotel.
