Nice hotel to stay between flights. If booking please be aware there are two Wyndam hotels at the airport one you can walk to and then this hotel which required a 20min transfer out of the airport

Estivemos 2 noites no Hyatt park e tivemos uma experiência espetacular, a parte do spa é ótima, com sauna seca e úmida e 2 banheiras grandes de hidromassagem. Academia razoável com esteiras e máquinas mas poucos pesos livres. Staff excelente, cassino divertido e café da manhã espetacular. Falta apenas piscina aquecida (a piscina fica na área externa e não é climatizada). Quarto excelente, bastante amplo e com um banheiro muito bom.

Clean and confortable rooms, amazing staff, very quiet and relaxing. The highlight of our trip

I booked a river view room but the hotel didn’t reserve the room for me and it’s sold out which is very disappointing. The staff member helped to find another room in another hotel which under the same owner. I also booked a tour guide through the hotel but the reservation didn’t register at all and had to arrange the night before in a rush. The hotel didn’t reserve try to help make it right but I wish they have better management of their bookings. The dining experience was good, I liked the vibe in the hotel but didn’t get to stay in the hotel room though.

A well located hotel in the center of Cusco, with a warm welcoming from all the staff on our arrival and during our stay. We experienced wonderful days exploring Cusco and enjoying the hotel.

Cama muito boa, chuveiro com água bem quente. Única observação é o café da manhã, que apesar de ser gostoso, é sempre a mesma coisa todos os dias. Tirando esse detalhe, não tem do que reclamar, atendimento bom, funcionários educados e sempre atenderam bem quando foi necessário.
