I absolutely love this hotel. It was amazing, the staff were all so friendly and helpful. They upgraded us to the swim out pool room upon arrival, it was such an lovely surprise. This hotel really made our trip so special and comfortable. Breakfast was great, had so many options. There’s even parking available for us when we rented a car. There lots within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone! We will definitely stay here again when we return.

The restaurant by the pool was fast food. I couldn’t even get a cup of coffee as per my order. Rude and obnoxious servers. The only server that cared was a woman named Konstantina. Everyone else spoke like we were bothering them. I also thought I was in (Greece) not sure why these people from other countries were working there and barely even speak English. Let alone any Greek “at all”!!! Even at the breakfast buffet. I had to ask for coffee five times and they kept telling me to wait. My son asked for ice and they looked at him like he had 10 heads. I guess the service didn’t want to be told what to do The worst were the housekeepers attitudes. They really sucked. They made us regret going there.

Unfortunately with our mistake we didn’t know this villa is very remote, nothing is nearby so we had to move out after one night. Be sure to have a car if you want to stay here as no taxis will come, no food delivery etc. ..."

When we got there, one of the owners tried to convince us that he can cancel Expedia bookings by saying that we did not arrive, so that he will pay less and make us a discount of 2.5-5%. We refused!
