The hotel situates at the heart of Nambe and the room spacious compared to many other hotels in Japan.

This is a beautiful 5 star hotel. The property, sfaff and views were the best in all of the Japan properties we stayed. Highest value and best experience as well. Exceptional front desk staff concierge and bell staff. The rooms are very spacious and the river front view was the highlight after 2 weeks in Japan. So many small details with the room amenities were also greatly appreciated. Highly recommend the Imperial Hotel in Osaka.

Nice hotel close to the metro , shopping and dining. Excellent staff. Food at breakfast, they had homemade omelets, good service. Rooms are comfortable and clean. They have an in room massage that I usually partake in. I'll be back

Stayed here with family! Excellent services, pool/spa was amazing! Also the service levels are as you expect!
