The property was really nice. In a nice and quiet area of the island. I do wish there were a few more dining options after 6pm other than making a reservation at the restaurant which you have to do the day before. Also the cleanliness was just ok, not terrible but not super thorough. Some of my towels and blankets had stains so I had to request new ones. I'm sure they'd been cleaned but it's just not comforting to see stains.

Their level of customer service is top-notch! While we were checking out and leaving some bags before heading to the port, there was a difficult situation with another (very unreasonable) guest at the front desk. The way the team handled it was truly impressive—professional, calm, and composed. I wish I remembered the name of the woman who took care of it all—she was amazing at de-escalating the situation and maintaining a great atmosphere. Huge kudos to the team—your professionalism didn’t go unnoticed!

Excellent stay, very walkable. Close to town and a variety of shopping options. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. A definite must return.

The Celestial All Suites in Kefalonia is nothing short of exceptional. Perched in a stunning location with breathtaking sea views, the hotel offers an atmosphere of pure luxury and tranquility. The staff are warm, attentive, and go above and beyond to make every stay special. We had such an amazing time at Contessina celebrating our anniversary/my partners belated birthday. As soon as we arrived the staff were so lovely and welcoming – we were delighted to be given an upgraded room with a private pool this truly made our trip extra special and we were so grateful for that!! Overall the ambience of the hotel is sooo peaceful, from the well equipped gym, the gorgeous poolside bar and chill areas to the exquisite breakfast. This hotel is a must stay in Zakynthos! We wanted to say a special thanks to Christina at the bar who made the best cocktails and was truly a ray of sunshine to see every day! Nice small hotel. Very modern with great breakfast. On main road with traffic noise and not very close to tourist attractions.
