Rooms need to be updated for the price you pay per night. Bathroom gives motel vibes and shower water was either cold or scolding hot. Front desk staff wasn’t the most welcoming or the friendliest. Parking isn’t free ($40/night) but should be included in high priced rooms. There’s better hotels in the area that offer free parking and free continental breakfast. Don’t have high expectations for this hotel/location.

Great staff to compliment a beautiful property

The property was. clean and well maintained. The floor to ceiling windows allow the natural light to shine through. I love the Wynwood and Atlanta locations.

Always stay here when in Atl. The restaurant staff, valet team, and others are always so welcoming. They remember all of my details like where my kids attend college, what year in school, where I’m traveling from, drink preference…it’s like visiting friends. There are many less expensive lodging options, but when familiarity, comfort, safety, and attentiveness are of utmost importance, Four Seasons ATL is without peer in the market.

The facility is excellent. The staff are excellent, super friendly and helpful, the restaurant was great, the rooms were super clean and comfortable, and it was very nice and secure. In general, downtown Atlanta can be a little bit gritty, but that would be the same for any hotel in that area.

My stay was wonderful... The only thing that i had trouble with is knowing where i could park in the garage....
