It’s a lovely hotel swimming pool gym facials staff are really helpful especially Michell on reception well done Michell deserves a star The only downside was the food some uneatable worse than any hotel I’ve been too we ended up going elsewear for our food we did complain the second night needs looking into I had the same sweet two nights one was really good strawberries cream biscuits delicious the second night they forgot the cream and strawberries and only one biscuit Sorry

Beautiful hotel

I wouldn’t recommend not very helpful, the room we checked in to originally had ripped carpet dust in the wardbrodes not cleaned properly.

The hotel is stunning and beautifully decorated. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was also spacious and quite comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near great restaurants and the Manchester museum. The only downsides were that the hotel exterior was undergoing renovation during our stay, which meant that we weren't able to view the city from our hotel room. Additionally, parking was located across the street, so it can be tricky loading/unloading luggage. However, this would not deter me from staying at this hotel again in the future.
