Great hotel and location! Loved the hot tub and rooftop terrace.

Stayed for a week as a family of 5 and it was perfect. Rooms were simple but nice, the hot breakfast each morning was delicious and filling. Cannot speak enough about the staff from the front desk staff, cleaning staff, breakfast staff and overnight staff. Would definitely stay here again. The gym was a bit small but manageable and there was a washing machine + dryer which was handy!

Good location. Close to the Oval and within walking distance (at least for me because I walk a lot) of the Public Gardens, Citadel and Wanderers soccer pitch.

I enjoyed the close location to the waterfront. The hotel was clean, comfy and beautiful. I also loved the café for a quick breakfast in the am.

Our stay in this beautiful dome in Nova Scotia was one of the most unique and memorable experiences we've had. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that a lot of thought had gone into creating a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature. The dome was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. It offered all the modern comforts while still feeling like a true escape. One of the highlights was the incredible night sky. The outdoor amenities were fantastic. The firepit was conveniently located beside the river, making it the perfect spot to unwind while listening to the water flow. The wood-burning hot tub was an absolute must-try. It took a little time to heat, but soaking under the stars was well worth the effort and became one of our favorite parts of the trip. The porcupine that greeted us each day on our way in and out was adorable! The only downside was the ants. We noticed them occasionally inside the dome. It wasn't enough to take away from the experience, but it's the one small area that could use some attention. Overall, this was an amazing stay. The combination of comfort, beautiful scenery, unique accommodations, and thoughtful amenities made it a truly unforgettable getaway. We'd happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and unique glamping experience in Nova Scotia.

Incredible fitness center, something unique was we wanted to package the clean refreshing smell . We commented about it each time we visited or passed thru to go to the pool or sauna.

Good, not too greasy, free breakfast. Kids were happy with the pool that stays open quite late. Small refrigerator in the room quite convenient when you are travelling for several days with your cooler and ice pack. They are pet friendly but ask the price before arrival. We got a 52$ extra charge upon our arrival at the counter and were surprised by the amount. Overall, good spot not to expensive (except dog charges) close to Halifax downtown.

We needed a last-minute hotel stay and the Sandman was an excellent choice.
