Most staff are very friendly, rooms were nice and AC worked really well. Just a few weird rules , they won't give you any water after breakfast. I tried to fill up my water bottle to go to the gym thats on site , I was yelled at from a distance which was embarrassing " you're not allowed water " Also while using the gym I was told not to make any noise because people were getting a massage , why out the gym next to it then ? How's that my problem.

Great pool area and a very good restaurant. Friendly staff.

I'm actually quite disappointed with this hotel. I wished I complained when we arrived. First of all, the hotel grounds itself is amazinggggg. Food is amazing. The only let down was the room. The room is so basic for what you pay at this hotel. Everything else is so well thought of but then you go into your room and it's so meh. Nothing speculatar about the room itself. Very underwhelming. We got the pool with private garden and there was no access way to the garden. You have to swim to get to the private garden. The pool itself is so small, what's the point. You can't have a proper swim. The pool was dirty too. The room was also dirty although it is daily cleaned on the surface. Under the bed was Dusty! And under the table cabinet was Dusty. I was quite disappointed to be honest for whats advertised. I think they purposely do not show the room and instead use a floor plan. If I saw the room, I would have picked a different hotel. Everything else is perfect though, it's just the room that was underwhelming for me.

Excellent hotel within walking distance of the port for our short stop over in Heraklion . Staff very helpful and allowed us to have early breakfast before our ferry .

Modern design on a beautiful point. 270 degrees of ocean views. The hotel was full, but the layout offered us a lot of personal space and privacy. The staff were wonderful. For me & every tourists nightmare - I lost my passport on the plane. The concierge, Mariana, knew how stressful this was and was on the phone to the airline, the airport, and the police for us right away. She found it for me. Just incredible. Thank you, and thanks to the airport staff and police for being well prepared for these events.

Beautiful resorts very accommodating staff and highly recommended

Beautiful hotel, centrally located and very comfortabky appointed. The rooms had all the amenities one needs. I especially appreciated the clothes steamer in the closet, a variety of outlets on both sides of the bed, confortable bed, The staff were welcoming and helpful and breakfast delicious.
