Rooms were clean, maintenance came every morning to clean the hot tub, sauna, and other essential services. Staff gave us great advice on what to do, where to go, and were just very friendly.

I was beyond impressed with the new One&Only Moonlight Basin. For a fresh opening, the execution is absolutely remarkable, the property is stunning, thoughtfully designed, and truly something special. A huge thank you to the entire team, especially our host Ivan, who went above and beyond in every possible way. The level of service here is extraordinary. As someone who travels constantly and stays in luxury destinations around the world, I can confidently say that service like this is rare to find in the USA. In my eyes, this resort surpasses every other luxury ski property I’ve experienced in the country. The food was incredible, the atmosphere exceptional, and the attention to detail unmatched. I will definitely be back and look forward to recommending this incredible property to many others.

We were looking for a kid-friendly hotel close to downtown Bozeman with a pool, and this place checked all the boxes. The décor was beautiful, and their branding—from photography to marketing to the little details—was top-notch. The pool was great, and the outdoor spaces, including canoe-style fire pits and a grassy field for kids to play, really stood out. The only downside was that the hotel food felt a bit pricey for the quality, even by Seattle standards. Overall, it was an easy, enjoyable stay, and we’d definitely come back.
