South Fork Honeymoon Holidays

This little hideaway motel is a block away from Times Square. Beds are firm so if you're not used to it then bring a foam pad. Only had one serious problem but not the motels fault. Street crew decided to start jack hammering in front of the motel at 11pm and I was awaken at 4:38 with someone yelling at them to stop.

The room was absolutely breathtaking. The staff were polite and extremely attentive. Thank you 1 Hotel staff. You have made my husband’s birthday experience grand 💙

I really liked the location of the hotel. It is a large, busy hotel, but individual floors were quiet. I felt that it was hard to get in touch with staff from the room, but once I did, they were super kind and helpful. We had a nice sized room, I liked having a mini fridge, but I felt the room was so drab and the color scheme depressing. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable for my 14 year old daughter, but the main bed was comfortable. Not enough windows considering the nice size of our room. The items in the room seemed old and used. Shower was nice. Towels a decent size but seemed so old and worn, not soft. Bedsheets were rough and overused looking.

Some of the front desk girls are incredibly rude. I’m not sure why, but they could improve their customer service skills. Additionally, the communication between the hotel and the valet is terrible.

You couldn’t find a better place to stay in mid-town. Close to everything and a lovely hotel. Quiet, elegant, great service. We have stayed here several times and it never disappoints. Great restaurants and sites in walking distance too.

The proximity to everything is fantastic. The staff are hands down awesome, from checkin to check out. Absolutely the BEST HOTEL I have checked into and I have been in many over the years. Britany at the front desk chk in....DIVINE. Door men. Housekeeping, everyone was lovely. 5 stars are not enough.

The hotel is in an ideal location, so much to do and everything is so walkable! The hotel room was beautiful and clean. The bed was comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay! I would definitely stay again.
