Pros - Overall, the apartment was clean and modern. It is spacious with enough storage for our belongings. Convenient location and come with strong working A/C, great feature in summer; also having washer, dryer and functioning kitchen are good features. Cleaners come in everyday to help wash dishes, tidy up, etc. which was nice.
Cons - Dryer was not functional and had to self fix. Shower tiles were grimy and moldy.

Beautiful hotel close to the Interlaken Ost station. We very much enjoyed our stay. There are a few things that suggest hygiene and cleaning could be improved (e.g., silver fish in the bathroom), and the wait for coffee at breakfast was extraordinarily long. Otherwise, it's a great hotel worth visiting.
