I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel as a solo traveller. The staff were super friendly and helpful. My room was beautiful with a great view and it was a very comfortable stay. I had a solo lunch at the restaurant Chop and it was fab! A short walk to many restaurants, bars and shops and a great place to stay to explore the city.

Excellent hotel. Excellent staff, all very kind and polite and helpful. The hotel is very close to the bus station. The rooms were made up, clean and tidy, excellent each day. Excellent breakfast .Impressed with everything here. Will recommend and would stay again

This was our 3rd visit to Holly Tree. The room and facilities were spotless.
We have always been impressed by the high standard of the bathroom fittings and separate bath and shower.
Staff were helpful ,courteous and attentive.Food again was excellent and most enjoyable i.e.dinner ,especially enhanced by the wonderful view of the loch. Breakfast was good though fresh fruit was limited-- a minor detail !!
On this occasion we didn't use,the spa and swimming pool though we have in the past and enjoyed the experience.
We hope to revisit the Holly Tree again.
