Beautiful boutique hotel. Lovely room, friendly and helpful staff, and great location

Close to everything. Staff friendly. We got there early and room the room was available and they let us get the keys 😊

Overall, the hotel was very nice; the staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, the breakfast was good and my young daughter was very pleased with her complimentary teddy bear. However, I booked a twin studio and the room we got was what I would class as a double; 2 single beds joined together with one duvet. The room was described as 2 single beds and if I hadn't gone with my daughter, and instead went with a friend, for example, who wasn't keen to share a duvet, this would have been a problem. The room was also described as having things that were not available; for example, dressing gowns and toothbrushes and toothpaste. When I asked reception for a toothbrush, I was informed that they didn't supply them and I needed to buy from the vending machine. Apart from those things, I was very happy with the hotel and would visit there again.

The staff was excellent. Special kudo to Laust the rooms director who helped my wife get to the hospital after a fall (not on the property). Just good people.

There was a wide selection at the buffet breakfast. I had no issues with the internet connectivity. However, a member of my party did as she could not get internet service on most days or continuous service on others.

This place absolutely made our trip to London. It's well located and clean. It was lovely. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We loved our Christmastime stay at the Langham. The location is excellent for seeing Christmas lights and the panto, the room was very comfortable and the staff was so helpful with things like getting a taxi, etc.

There was a very nice person at the front desk for check in and who also helped to try and find the heater switch. Room was so very small and the bed placed right by the wall and window. Could not tuck in the duvet and it kept falling off. Radiator not accessible, staff tried to help but fortunately it got warmer so did not need it the second day. Underground station is very close and there is a wide diverse variety of restaurants close to the hotel Can hear the underground trains from the room, but not too bothersome. Creaky stairs outside my room I think too expensive for this size room and I am sure the larger rooms are more comfortable
