Clean, comfortable. Pools were excellent and a super nice and helpful staff.

So spacious, perfect for groups. The room was very clean and the staff were helpful! 10/10 would stay again They were doing what seemed like a clorox cleaning of the common area sidewalks, which I thought would have been better scheduled during a week day when there werent many guests but other than that the stay was perfect

Rooms were clean and well kept, the only complaint is the water in the shower took approximately 5 min to warm up. Had to turn water on and let it run. Pool was spacious and DJ played a variety of music. We would stay here again.

Check-in was easy, and the front desk staff were extremely kind and accommodating. We thought they were wonderful. Our only complaint was an unfortunate incident with another staff member. A middle-aged woman in a green shirt, wearing earbuds/headphones, was riding a motorized mobility scooter through the hallway and ran over my daughter’s foot. We believe she may have been moving the scooter from one location to another, as we saw her walking normally later that evening. She simply said “oops” and continued on without apologizing or stopping to make sure my daughter was okay. Her foot is now badly bruised and very sore. We found her response incredibly inconsiderate and rude, particularly toward a child. Management should address this with the employee, as this is not an appropriate way to treat hotel guests.
