Friendly staff, very clean and very quiet. In a very nice area on the outskirts of the city but only a 15 min tram ride from the centre

I was not overall impressed by this hotel. The mini refrigerator in the room was very loud and they had to come and unplug it. The ac was quite noisy as well. The food both the dine in the room and the breakfast were mediocre. The first day we ordered a shakshuka and both times the eggs were hard boiled and not poached. Also they charge extra if you order something from the menu during the breakfast even though the waitress said that one dish is included in the breakfast price. The experience from this hotel didn’t meet the premium price and the standards of a five star luxury hotel. I don’t recommend it and I will not include it in my future travels.

The lobby is beautiful and I really appreciated the complimentary drinks and snacks in the lobby. The room was spacious and clean.

I liked the art deco design throughout the hotel. The studio room had a very large shower area so the floor doesn’t get wet in the rest of the bathroom. There was kitchenette area plus and iron and ironing board.

They didn’t offer the breakfast, I asked for breakfast included, but they said no including But they are very nice people

The Pulitzer Hotel Amsterdam is brimming with character and charm. For first-timers like us, Pulitzer’s canal boat “The Tourist” was a perfect way to be introduced to the city.
