Nidau District Honeymoon Holidays

The room was a nice size and the bed was very comfortable. The shower wasn't the best however as it was on a rail over the bath tub and the shower head wouldn't really stay upright The most disappointing thing about our stay was the breakfast. The first morning some of the items had run out but they weren't replenished until my husband requested it. The second morning we arrived half way through the service and some of the trays were almost empty (eg muesli and fruit salad). They remained like this until we left. One of the staff removed the fresh fruit tray but it took about 30 minutes for it to be returned. There were also a lot of tables that needed clearing . There were 2 staff members in attendance but they didn't appear to be doing much My husband complained after breakfast and things did seem to improve the next morning This hotel is not inexpensive so this was disappointing

The hotel location in the middle of Interlaken makes the walks to either direction very short. The staff was really helpful to layout on a map the different options to make the most of the stay, enjoying the attractive spots and activities. The hotel was spotless and the breakfast with delicious options including coffee.

Wonderful location, great, attentive and friendly staff. Beautiful property.

Pros - Overall, the apartment was clean and modern. It is spacious with enough storage for our belongings. Convenient location and come with strong working A/C, great feature in summer; also having washer, dryer and functioning kitchen are good features. Cleaners come in everyday to help wash dishes, tidy up, etc. which was nice. Cons - Dryer was not functional and had to self fix. Shower tiles were grimy and moldy.

Beautiful 3 days enjoying the amazing Interlaken area and this hotel is very well situated to do everything by walk and has easy access to East train. My vacation went noce and smooth. Breakfast was very nice. Will come back

It is a nice older hotel which could use some updating. The parking is a real problem tthere are 8 spaces first come basis. If you don’t get one you park at the bottom of a long stair case in a pay lot. If none available you park a long way down the hill
