Hegoalde Honeymoon Holidays

Really enjoyed my 3 night stay here. The hotel is in a great location, the staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and well decorated, would recommend.

location and views were good. check in experience was off- no one met us outside to help with luggage into hotel. while breakfast was generally decent, the rest of the menu from snack bar and room service menu was very limited and not varied. quality of food and flavors were disappointing. wait staff however were friendly & helpful. spa facilities wasn’t that great. pool jacuzzi was not hot and the sauna never reached proper temperature. and for a hotel showcasing view of the sea, very dissatisfied that it did not have an outdoor pool. lastly, we did not have hot water in the shower on our last morning before check out. all rather a disappointing experience other than nice views and rooms. i wouldn’t recommend

Great location a a hotel

We stayed in the Miradora room, with private access to the patio from 8pm to 11am, it was fantastic. The room was everything we needed. The restaurant has great food and drinks, and the cafe was perfect for snacks, coffee and drinks. There is a bus stop just around the corner from the hotel, no need to drive anywhere. It's close to downtown, old town and the beach. The staff we're very friendly and helpful.
