Lovely stay, thought I had booked B&B but it was all Inclusive, so even better value for money. Very quite area but good hotel with lovely staff.

We stayed at this hotel expecting a 4-star experience, but unfortunately it fell well below our expectations. The biggest issue was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms. It was extremely hot, making it very difficult to sleep. When we raised this with reception, we were simply told to open the window, which only resulted in bugs coming into the room. We also spoke to other guests who said they were experiencing the same problem, so it clearly wasn’t an isolated issue. The rooms also lacked basic amenities such as bathrobes and slippers, which you would normally expect from a hotel of this standard. The beds were uncomfortable, and my mum experienced back pain during our stay. The hotel itself is in need of a complete refresh. The lobby looked dated, with old, mismatched sofas that certainly didn’t give the impression of a 4-star property. Housekeeping was also inconsistent, if we left our towels hanging up, they assumed we didn’t need any fresh ones and didn’t replace them. The food was acceptable, but it was very bland and often lacked flavour. The beach next to the hotel was disappointing. The sand was dark, sticky, and poorly maintained. Walking along the seafront, we passed what appeared to be a derelict building covered in graffiti, as well as a nearby camping area, which really detracted from the surroundings. The only real highlights were the swimming pool and the terrace attached to our room, which had a lovely view. Overall, we were disappointed.

Lovely relaxing stay

Fantastic resort due to having 4 pools and direct beach access to 3 swimming lagoons with white sand beach , good food choices , now 20 years old tho. Mini golf course was nearly unplayable due to leaves and stones . Having 4 pools is brilliant , love the large saltwater one. Wok and Zen menu is too limited . Plenty of things too do. Just needs a refurb to bring it back to true 5 star status .

A really lovely hotel that we are looking at booking again. Came with my friend and my two children for 7 nights, all inclusive. Room was lovely and spacious with a huge bed for my friend and I and the sofa bed was big for the girls. Nice and clean and kitchen was good. Few ants in the bath most days but we washed them away. Had a lovely room away from the main pool and entertainment and it was nice and quiet. Kids pool was where we spent most our pool days as it was quieter than the bigger one! And oddly not really any screaming kids! Felt like our own private pool at times Very very few early morning sun lounger hoggers which was refreshing. We popped towels down when we went for breakfast at 9ish and there were still a few free. Food is ok. Breakfast great, lunches and dinners just a bit hit and miss. Sometimes lots to eat and other times not a huge amount that was nice. Different themes each evening and there was always something being freshly cooked which my friend and I liked.
