Le personnel était très aimable, les chambres correctes, et les draps et les serviettes étaient d'une belle blancheur. L'hôtel est idéalement situé.

Our room was spacious and very well designed. The bathroom was magnificent - large with 2 sinks, a free-standing bath tub and a glass-enclosed shower. Two walls were constructed of stones and bordered with centuries' old wood beams. The window was stained glass.

A short walk to the train, lovely quiet part of town, comfortable and relaxing. Wish I could stay longer. Would recommend to family & friends.

Fantastic Find! This was a little sanctuary close to the hospital (5 minute walk), to the cathedral and old town (10 minute walk). I wished that I was staying in Strasbourg, FR for a little longer; I would have booked my entire stay here. Lots of little gems to discover close by but I'm not sure why you'd want to leave the property. Bonus: The property has some interesting history.

All 5 star all around. Amazing place. We had a great room with lots of space and amazing views. The restaurant food was Michelin star type. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back.

Clean room at excellent location. Free drinking water and coffee.

A charming hotel in the heart of Strasbourg, with helpful staff who make your stay even more enjoyable.

I like that I was close to public transport (Tram at Lycée Kléber) to get to and from the Christmas Markets (of which there were 5!). I always enjoy the free breakfast and the amenities (hygiene products and the carafe for water). It was a bonus to have dinner there too, but one of the dinner menu dishes was not to my liking. The kind waitress didn’t charge me for it since I took one bite!
