Die Zimmer sind tadellos, auch der Zimmerservice. Der Poolbereich und der Spabereich sind klasse.Der Service bei den Mahlzeiten ist verbesserungswürdig.
Das Frühstück wird offiziell bis 11.00Uhr angegeben.
Kommt man um 10.00Uhr ist das Frühstück beinahe komplett abgeräumt und der Service empfängt einen mit hochgezogenen Augenbrauen.
Abends dann ist Abendessen bis 20.45Uhr angezeigt..
Der Käse zum Nachtisch war jedoch um 20.30Uhr schon abgeräumt, es gab trotz Nachfrage auch keinen mehr.

The hotel was nice, but our room’s closet smelled like cigarettes and now our clothes wreak of it. The spa was also nice but they don’t explain things well and the language barrier is tough. My massage was very underwhelming, but the facial was amazing.
Breakfast buffet was great, dinner menu was not our taste but they gave good recommendations for nearby restaurants.
We did one of the hotel e-bike tours (supposed to be 5 hrs with a stop for lunch) but my husband’s chain broke within an hour and we’re shuttled back to the hotel. The tour guide was very kind and helpful but the equipment isn’t well taken care of and it shows.
