Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were polite, friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and there were lots of choices. The only thing we really had issue with was the elevators, there just wasn’t enough for the amount of people using them. Several times we had to wait quite awhile for one with enough room for us or we had to use the stairs. Just a bit inconvenient. Overall we would highly recommend the Riu hotel.
