Prior to booking I emailed the hotel as regards parking for two motorbikes. I was assured there would be plenty of space and the parking for one one night would be free. As such I booked.
On checking in I was told a double room had been prepared. I stated I had booked a twin room. Seeing as I was travelling with a male friend I was not happy. The receptionist told me they would try and sort it!
Eventually it was sorted after some delay and reception not really seeming to care!
Food and drinks were very expensive at the hotel.
On checking out the hotel then charged me for 2 x parking (for motorbikes) despite them saying it was free.
I stayed at this hotel hoping it would be a good base for me to return to with my wife for a ski holiday in 2027 - but based on the appalling carelessness attitude of staff I very much doubt that will happen.
Overall it’s the poor staff that ruined this stay.
