What really stood out was the staff; everyone was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure our stay was comfortable. From check-in to check-out, the level of service was consistently professional and friendly. It truly made a difference in our overall experience. Airport hotel, what can i say. They need to change food at restaurant. I used to think was the best but time for some new choices. Absolutely, great for catching flights with no hassles.

Jennifer (Front Desk) was more than helpful and her business acumen was on point! She answered every question that I asked! She also gave me recommendations for dinner around the area. Hose’(Shuttle Driver) was exceptional picking me up from the airport and was a delight to ride with! Hassan(Shuttle Driver) was A delight taking me to the airport, and was a great conversationalist! My stay was impeccable! I will definitely stay again when I’m in the area!

My only problem was communication. I had trouble finding the correct spot to find the shuttle at Dulles airport, and that was probably the responsibility of the airport as much as it was for the Hampton Inn.
