Our corner room was stylish and nice. The bed was comfortable not too soft or hard and lovely down pillows. Bathroom was great with nice powerful shower head and loads of shelving. Could use a bit more light. Staff was always attentive and LOLA restaurant attached was perfect for a quick meal any time of day.

I didn’t like that I had to talk to AI to try to get room service or any information. There was no life person to talk to very annoying.

We were celebrating our 31st wedding anniversary. the staff couldn't have been nicer! We had the king bed room with the in room soaking tub for 2 - loved it. We're an older couple, late 60's, would've appreciated if that soaking tub was easier to get into! For us seniors, it took some navigating to get into and out of that tub. But otherwise, an incredible resort. We had the in room fireplace - loved it!! The bed was incredibly comfortable and we both slept quite well. We had breakfast at the Barking frog and it was delicious! We told our waitress we wanted to split a breakfast and she brought it to us already halved on 2 plates! Then, she brought us a small plate with Happy Anniversary written in chocolate with 2 delicious pieces of chocolate! Attention to detail - Love it!! We had a GREAT stay and will certainly recommend!

Clean spacious room with nice amenities, including bathrobes and slippers. Nice perks during stay, $25 dining credit and $20 breakfast credit on our weekend day stay. Weekdays they have continental breakfast but gave credit toward breakfast in Splash restaurant on the weekend . Good public spaces. Very nice marketplace for take away food as well as a few tables to eat there, lattes and smoothies, pastries, sandwiches. Two restaurants as well as a nice bar serving food. Very helpful and friendly personnel. Rates vary so book ahead.

We stayed 3 nights and the day of our last night they never came to clean the room even though we called and ask

Clean and courteous. Only complaints are parking is $35/day for self park and they only clean your room if you request in advance and even then they missed us half the times we’ve asked.
