Our arrival at Hyatt Centric New Orleans was met with exceptional service from the front desk staff, including Hulston! The bag porter who assisted us as they were finishing their shift at 7 pm was also excellent. Housekeeping was incredibly responsive; we requested an extra blanket and received it within 5 minutes.
While we did report a non-working landline on Saturday, we checked out Monday and it was never seen to the overall experience with the staff and services was very positive.

It is a classic old school hotel with an incredibly helpful staff. The Carousel Lounge is so much fun. Hard to get a seat on Friday or Saturday, but worth the wait if you can finally get in. My wife wanted a nice souvenir of our trip and called to ask if she could buy the logoed trash can in our room. They didn't even treat that as the crazy request it was and sold it to her. Can't say enough good things about our 3 night stay.

The room small but clean. However there was no fridge in the room and you would be charged to use the mini fridge. The shower was not cleaned well upon arrival but the staff was nice. They only answered the call phone 1 of 3 times I called though. Decent experience.
