The majority of the staff was very friendly. The restaurant on- site has a limited menu and your experience will depend on who your server is. Some were not happy people. This resort needs an activity night every night or some fun things to do l, especially with kids.
The rooms were beautiful, clean and the washer / dryer was a plus! Very nice resort but food and activity choices need some improvements.

The property was serene, clean, and absolutely gorgeous. We had a two bedroom suite which was spacious and included all of the necessities to prepare meals at our leisure.
If you are seeking relaxation with superb service, this is the place.
Lastly, but certainly not least, Delores at the Almond restaurant was phenomenal and took the best care of our family. We will certainly return in the future. Thank you, Shore Club, you made our first trip to TCI unforgettable!

We were told that there would be a beach bbq - but they had a private event that evening, so not they had been planning it for weeks. The day before they told us the bbq was still on for guests then suddenly it was cancelled. They didn't offer other suggestions for this.
All other resorts offered ability to catamaran, SUP, etc but they told us no all week bc they didn't want to bring in someone training for this. Very big disappointment. The restaurant was closed most night when we were told it would be open. Just a lot of promises that we realized were not even an option to us bc of going in now season.
Otherwise it was great - beautiful rooms. Amazing pool, great beach. Love it.
