Arrived at midnight, -5°C outside , no reception ( I called and informed late,arrival) it took the guard 15-20 minutes to open ....

I had a fantastic stay at the Malak Regency Hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make everything smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. The overall hotel experience was excellent — everything felt comfortable, well-organized, and welcoming.
The highlight of my stay was the receptionist, whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch. She was amazing — truly helpful, courteous, and polite, and made a lasting impression with her professionalism and kindness.
One of the standout features was the breakfast. The variety was impressive, with so many options that it was impossible to try everything. No matter what you’re in the mood for, there’s something there for you.
I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting.
