We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Sarajevo. Its prime location just a short drive to the airport made catching an early flight incredibly convenient. The hotel room was exceptional—spacious, modern, and featured a lovely balcony where we could relax and enjoy the views. The overall experience was comfortable and hassle-free, thanks to the excellent amenities and friendly staff.

The hotel is very nice and clean
They charged me extra few Marks for city tax that I was not aware when I did reserve the hotel.
The phone in the room was not working and they did not fix it after telling them..I had to go downstairs every time I needed something while in the hotel.

The bathrooms need to be updated as the tubs are too deep and the smaller rooms shower bed is too flimsy
Also, the faucet was spraying all over the place instead in the sink
TV was way too small for the room
Overall, I was not too happy as my room was downgraded to accommodate my dad’s limited ability to move and use the bathroom in the bigger room (hence deep tub) and was given a smaller room with no money back
I will not stay here again
