J'ai passé deux semaines au Axel Two. Le personnel était très gentils avec moi mais ce n'était pas toujours les commentaires des autres personnes. Je préfère nettement la terrasse du Axel que celle du Axel Two. Au bar de la piscine, les drinks sont très très chers (en plus interdit d'avoir nos propres consommations) et j'ai été vraiment surpris que l'hôtel me charge les bouteilles d'eau dans ma chambre à un prix vraiment excessif en plus. Je crois que la terrasse sur le toit aurait besoin d'être rafraichie. Toutefois, j'ai adoré l'ambiance, la propreté des chambres et l'emplacement. Il manque aussi de l'animation.

Property has seen better days…horrible hot room..bad a/c…spa in disrepair. Horrible breakfast…only nice things are pool and pool bar. Was ripped off on a massage. They wouldn’t give me the 20% off I was entitled to, advertised in room, and coupon presented to spa. Cesar was the only staff member who cares. Everyone else disinterested and condescending….

Our room had a lovely large balcony overlooking the lido and restaurant. We enjoyed a gorgeous meal in the restaurant and the food and service were excellent. The hotel was very clean and had a delightful fresh scent as you walked around it with some very elegant reception spaces and rooms. Its centrally placed location also allowed us to wander down to the main square and gardens overlooking the sea and illuminated large ferris wheel. The atmosphere inside the hotel was calm, relaxed and we absolutely loved staying here. One night was not enough as we were travelling back to Bologna but we will definitely aim to return one day !

Everything was excellent except the concierge was awful. They never made the dinner reservations they were supposed to and gave wrong directions. Also, if you drive your own car there ask for directions to the hidden car entrance. The front of the hotel is for taxis only.
