Large room with balcony and lovely views over the 18th green towards the mountains. Staff are very attentive and the room is always clean. Nothing is too much trouble and they regularly bring fresh water, small gifts and refreshments.

The room was beautiful, well kept as well as the pool. the beach was lovely as well as the communal pools and areas. i felt as though the all inclusive was mainly limited to 3meals a day and drinks whereas snacks were really lacking. What ruined my experience at this hotel was the staff. I was constantly harassed by the male staff particularly one. i didn’t even feel safe raising the issue with anyone as every single one had been inappropriate with me at that point and it seemed very normalised. It got to the point where i would rather stay in my room and not even go to meals as if was extremely distressing. One particular staff member would even continuously come to my room after finding out which room i was staying in, at late hours of the night banging and knocking on my door, after opening it once and feeling extremely uncomfortable and asking him to leave which he did not want to, i didnt open the door again. its really unfortunate as the resort is lovely but the staff really ruined it for me. i was left feeling unsafe, anxious and on edge from day 2 of an 8 day stay. i wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all for females.

From the moment we walked in, Mahmoud at the reception was phenomenal, professional, and made checking in a breeze. We even told him we were hungry, so he held off our room until we went to the restaurant to grab a bite. The food, the staff, bar men, even housekeeping were all great. They pay attention to the excellent service they provide. The pool is great, and the private beach with bungalows is a one minute walk from the pool. I saw many families bring their kids here, and the animation team was very friendly and attentive with them. The cleanliness of the whole place is what really stood out in what this establishment is trying to achieve. All in all, check out this place. From now on, I will be staying at JAZ for when I visit sharm el sheikh again. Thanks again to everyone!

The service and the rooms are good. However the quality of the food and variety was poor. Need to be careful as I got a stomach bug which is common in Egypt but it usually comes from local water and the drinks they use with ice are using tap water and fruit and veg is washed with tap water.

Hotel is in a great location, set back on a quiet end of a hectic road. Only a 10-15 minute taxi to the pyramids/GEM. Rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. We had a poolside room which was great for easy access to the pool facilities. The breakfast is brilliant, lots of hot and cold choices with a stunning view of the Giza pyramids. All the staff were great, meeting us on arrival, carrying our bags and were helpful with of our queries. Thanks for a great stay.

If you are staying in Giza particularly if you are planning to visit the pyramids, this is a great hotel. It feels almost like a family run place as you are made to feel very welcome. The rooms are clean and comfortable and you are provided with a bath robe, tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge and hairdryer. Saif is the reception staff who welcomes you and assists you with things such as booking taxis etc. You literally are neighbours with the pyramids so meals here as well as being good also provide a fantastic view. Definitely recommend this hotel.
