Emad is an amazing person — extremely polite, friendly, professional and helpful. His recommendations made the holiday even more enjoyable and truly unforgettable. I genuinely appreciate his kindness and all the effort he put into making the experience so special. I would also like to express my appreciation to all the hotel staff. They were absolutely wonderful — always welcoming, respectful, friendly and willing to help. Without a doubt, some of the best hotel staff I have ever dealt with. Their hospitality and professionalism were exceptional. Another very special thank you goes to Mustafa, one of the waiters in the restaurant. He is an amazing person — incredibly kind, polite, attentive, lovely and always happy to help. His positive attitude and excellent service made every dining experience even more enjoyable. Honestly, the entire team deserves recognition for their outstanding hospitality and kindness. Pros: 1. Staff helpful and kind 2. Hotel accommodating with late check-in and out due to flight delays 3. All meals were delicious 4.Enjoyed the balcony suite with pyramid views Cons: 1.Some items on menu were not available 2. The tub is a beautiful addition to have in the suite, but the water only gets lukewarm, not hot at all like the shower in the bathroom. After an all day safari, I wanted to soak my muscles, but could not take a bath as the water would be cold, by the time it would be filled.

Temo was super Helpful. On your recommendations and booking tours for us. His family was great. Bo Bo took us to the night market and walked around with us. Our shower drain kept backing up. The cleanliness okay. The noise from the street was the worst part. Made it hard to sleep. Nice hotel great host. Would do a night or two next time and stay in Cairo. Thank you Temo for the nice stay.

Great location and amazing service! Very clean rooms, friendly staff, and convenient shops right around the corner. Perfect place for a relaxed stay. Will definitely return!
