We enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property is very clean. They did our clothes/laundry within a few hours. We weren't right by the tourist area of Siem Reap but taking a Grab is quick and cheap.

Place was unbelievable. You can’t even tell you are in the middle of a busy city. Staff is beyond helpful. Rooms are clean and fixed up daily. Pool and garden were also maintained very well

This is one of the best hotels in the city of Bangkok. Located on the river for easy access to the big temples and other attractions near the river. Extremely attentive staff, fantastic rooms with great views, great restaurants on site, and a free river shuttle to take you to the skytrain and main river pier. I recommend this property highly.

Very old hotel that needs improvement, presented as a 5 star, which one associates with comfort and good services, but it is unfortunately not the case. I regretted I booked it. The room was weary/very old and this shows in the cracks of the bathtub and bathroom and on the floors and terrace. It also shows in the facilities of the whole hotel. The breakfast is of very low quality. The area the hotel is surrounded by is ugly and messy and full of vendors and people drinking. However, the positive things are the friendly staff and airport proximity.

The property is a little tired but the location more then makes up for it. Being a slightly older property means decent sized rooms. Walkable to so many attractions. Make sure you walk to the other side of Fort canning and visit the bakery for breakfast- great selection of pastries. Plenty of food options around - there is a food court across street for cheap food options. Skip the hotel breakfast - over priced, cold, limited selection and indifferent staff. Pool area is nice - gets sun only from around 9- 2pm, but still enjoyable. Would recommend

The rooftop bar was phenomenal. The staff was so friendly. The food was unbeatable.

Was not what expected after looking into it several times on videos from people taking good about it decided to stay here but was not good like they said it was ended up checking out the same day I came in. The personal was very helpful and respectful and very professional

This was an extremely disappointing experience, especially because we were traveling with our young child. This hotel is advertised as a non-smoking hotel, yet when we first entered our room, there was a very strong marijuana smell. We immediately reported it to the hotel and asked to change rooms. The hotel moved us to another room, but unbelievably, the second room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. At that point, we were exhausted and extremely frustrated. We were traveling with our child and simply wanted a clean, smoke-free room where we could sleep. Instead, we had to deal with marijuana odor in the first room and cigarette smoke in the second room. We ended up not sleeping at all that night. We also spoke directly with the manager. What was even more disappointing was the manager’s response. Instead of properly addressing what happened or offering an appropriate solution, we were simply told that they could upgrade our room if we stayed again in the future. That is not an acceptable response. Why should we have to return to this hotel in the future to receive an upgrade when we were already dealing with an unacceptable situation during our current stay? A hotel that claims to be non-smoking should not have guests dealing with marijuana and cigarette odors in multiple rooms. This was especially unacceptable with a young child staying with us. The entire experience was exhausting and ruined our night. The management’s response only made the situation more frust

What a gem. Great location close to pier n metro. Food, amenities. Great staff n clean specious place. Overall great for family needing space near all sights
