No hot water for the bath. We were looking forward to taking a hot bath after a day out in the cold. We expected with the hotel with this class, everything is checked frequently.

8.4/10 Very good! (867 reviews)
Restaurant staff were great and attentive, reception staff not so much , blamed a room mixup on a third party co ended up in rooms over a party.. Even though rooms were booked weeks in advance. Very combative at check-in and dismissive when asked about when the music and DJ would stop . First impressions are important to guests, neither receptionist nor duty manager showed the ability to correctly interact with guests. Could not even be bothered too make eye contact .very disappointed to deal with front facing staff that appeared to be missing an essential part of their training.
