The rooms were nice , the food in restaurant expensive and poor quality

Lovely ocean facing room with lots of space.Bith the room and bathroom were clean if a little old fashioned. Staff in reception were very helpful but found the restaurant( Brasserie) staff a efficient but not particularly warm or welcoming. Location very good for sea front and for transport linksgto town centre.Some good bars and restaurants around- better value than eating in the hotel

Great Hotel. 10-15 mins from main action, which isnt a bad thing. Staff was terrific and place exceeded expectations!

Great location on the promenade. You can walk to pubs, restaurants, and music in Salt Hill. And it's a short cab ride to all the sites in Galway.

The G was a lovely hotel and spa. Easy check-inand the employees at the front desk were great, very helpful. Love the flavored waters offered in the lobby. The thermal suite was a welcome treat after a long day. The rooms were a clean good size and the bathroom also was great. Loved the towel warmer and the soaps. It is a quick drive or taxi ride into Galway City Centre. Breakfast was very good lots of options and fresh Would highly recommend

The hotel and grounds are beautiful. Check in was easy. Our only complaint is the service for breakfast—one day they forgot our order, the next was just slow.

Room was clean and the staff were great to us. Hotel’s location was also great. 5 minute walk to the city centre, train, bus station, and Lidl (supermarket). Only thing that could have been better is a little bench for luggage and possibly another chair. We were two people so it would get crammy at times. Also, the walls are thin. Everything can be heard from the hallway. Luckily we had a corner room so it wasn’t bad at all. Overall, we would definitely come to the Dean again!

Excellent parking options, great food options, loved the cookie and the card left in the room. Excellent value.

The staff were wonderful and helpful, the family that owns the hotel take great care in their hotel and providing good service, and the food was delicious.
