The very clean property, fantastic staff and breakfast service is awesome.

A nice convenient apartment. Has the basics you need. An iron would've been nice to have in the apartment. However, I realize most people don't iron on vacation. It was very nice to have parking on site. It does not have air conditioning, but I knew that ahead of time. A fan would've been a nice addition. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

The room was clean, comfortable and nice. The staff was amazing and very attentive. My one and only complaint, it was very loud outside my window with people partying until very late. Nothing to be done about it, but a heads up might have been nice

By far the best hotel I have ever stayed at!! Rooms were impeccable. All the staff were exceptional, especially PC and Mary.

The hotel is nice enough, and in a decent location to have quick access to Galway. We requested a king room; we’re not sure why there was a king bed plus two other single beds in our room. That wasn’t a problem, but it was very odd. One big item that made us quite unhappy: a total lack of hot water for a morning shower. I can only assume that too many people are getting ready and their hot water just can’t keep up. It was not a pleasant surprise and staff didn’t really seem to care too much. Also, be aware the parking lot in front of the building is very limited, and with very tight spaces. There may be more parking in the back; we didn’t need to check.

This was a lovely hotel in athenry. The rooms are a bit small, but clean and tidy. Food was very good and staff were friendly and helpful. Great place to stay.

We were traveling with another couple. Location was not what we expected and parking was difficult when we first arrived. Had to check in at restaurant across the street. The staff was very nice and one of them took us to our rooms. I understand this was an old barracks but we did not expect this. We had to climb 3 flights of narrow stairs with luggage to 2 small rooms in the attic. The rooms were clean and each had a small bathroom. We were originally going to stay 2 nights but our tour the following day was cancelled due to weather. We wanted to move on so cancelled our next night. We were told they would reimburse cost of one room but they have not. We booked 10 months ago so they should have put us in better rooms. It worked out better for us to leave early. It is not a bad place but I would not go back.
