My room was outdated and did mot feel clean. The carpet had old stains and the room bathroom felt like it needed a deep clean and updating. They also charged me more than what expedia had quoted me.

The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff were attentive, helpful and friendly. The air conditioning was very easy to control and efficent. I did not take breakfast but did have the famous cream tea and it was spectacular.
