Overall the hotel was nice. Our room was spacious. The walls are not soundproof, so you can hear people in the hallways at night. The bathroom could use some updating.

Rooms were very nice. Shower was a little smaller than I would have preferred. But otherwise excellent facilities, excellent friendly, helpful staff

If you are going to Cryto.com Arena, you cant beat the location! The property is clean and well maintained. Staff are super friendly and helpful. I have no complaints.

This is my husband's and my go to hotel in San Francisco. The room are very large and the recent renovation is calm, modernist, and sophisticated, referencing, e.g., the work of artist Ruth Asawa and Eileen Gray. Lots of hot water, helpful lights and plugs in the room. Plus we can walk to plenty of restaurants, shopping and the Embarcadero. Enjoy!
