Super friendly staff, amd lovely room spacious room with a gorgeous view! Total boutique hotel experience. The only thing that was tricky was getting into the property upon arrival. It’s not super well marked, so we circled the building a few times until we realized where the entrance was. It’s located on the 20th floor of an office building, and to get in, you have to call a number so that the manager on duty can come down to let you in. Overall, totally great experience overall and highly recommend!

Great location and superior accommodations. The front desk person was very good at providing us with a room for an additional 2 nights at the peak of the season.

Staff were super helpful with travel ideas and check in. The bed was extremely comfortable and the rooftop bar was great. Would definitely recommend.

We loved it here. So did my kids. They were kind in honoring the airport shuttle but I get the feeling it’s not common. The room was wonderful and more than enough space. A great breakfast. The only thing was there were flies in our room because the windows were open. It didn’t bother us but other it might.

What I liked: -The bed was VERY comfortable! It was soft but still supportive. -The shower and bath amenities were good. -Good location for walking the city. -There is a store right behind the hotel. -Quiet area. Even with the window propped open, there was very little street noise. What I didn’t like: -The man behind the service counter was not very helpful. Curt and indifferent. -The rooms were VERY poorly ventilated. There was no air conditioning.. which I understand as they rarely need it, but they only had one window that we could prop open a tiny bit, and there was no air flow. The curtains were in sections, so that 24 hour sun shone through, heating up the room. -Packing, unpacking, showering, and getting ready for the day was a challenge in July, as the room was very small and extremely warm and stuffy! I had to frequently leave the room and go outside to cool off. -They advertise a restaurant on the premises, but there is none. -They also advertised that they offer soup and sandwiches in the evening, however, there was no soup, which would’ve been great coming in from a very cold walk.
