Very friendly staff. When call premium apartaments should be cleaner. When walking on the floor with barefoot your feet getting very dirty even after room cleaning. Very noisy apartaments. We had penthouse on very top floor. We could hear absolutley everything from the corridor. unsoundproofed doors. Aircon fun in the apartament very noisy as well. Through the night you can hear elevator when going through every single floor. ITS not worth it. Price well to high for those standards...

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

We had a wonderful stay at Marenas Beach Resort. The staff was absolutely outstanding from the moment we arrived until check-out. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Their exceptional hospitality made us feel truly welcome and turned our vacation into a memorable experience. Location is perfect. The hotel is very beautiful. Rooms are fine. Large. My concern was a huge charge they made besides the actual Price given by Expedia in the price. It was hundreds of dollars of "Resort Fees". I could have stayed at the Four Seasons counting that Charge. I would not stay again at this hotel. There are plenty of hotels at this level with much better amenities, same location, nicer Lobby, elevators, room area, guest bedrooms.

I stayes at Nobu Miami for a solo trip. The property is beautiful, the Rooms are clean , smell amazing and they are gorgeous and very chic. The staff was super friendly and accomodating. I would choose Nobu over and Over for a miami stay. 10/10.
