We had an excellent Gold Fairmont experience.

Large, sparsely furnished apartment with comfortable beds, grimy plates and mugs, washer and dryer in the bathroom, nice big bathtub, balcony and a fire escape and good view of the street below. Painted an ugly beige. Could be improved by a few colorful pillows and better art. Stairwell dirty. But solid, nice old building. Was a snafu with them not sending the door code until asked a second time, but then they sent it. Best deal for staying in the neighborhood we wanted to stay in.

Flawless in every way! The staff are outstanding, courteous and professional. The food at Brasserie Henri is fabulous, and the service is par excellence! We felt welcomed, pampered, and treated with warmth and a personal touch. Most staff in the bar/restaurant remembered our names and room number, as well as our drink preferences. Posh and elegant without being intimidating.

Très simple d’accéder. Le stationnement inclus est vraiment pratique. Laveuse sécheuse est également à considérer. Les lits sont propres. C’est bien situé. Je recommande cet hébergement :-D

Seamless check in at this spacious property in a hip section of Montreal. It was like being in French speaking Brooklyn.

I stayed for 3 nights… First, the rooms have no microwave Second, I I am going to assume that I stayed in the older part of the hotel, which was not just old ancient. Floors needed to be redone in the room. The chair in the room was dirty. You could see the dirt on the chair. Third, the toilet made noise for about 10 to 15 minutes after every use it was crazy. Fourth, the refrigerator in the room froze everything in it I had to throw my food. Went down to the front desk to complain about the toilet and the fridge and the room itself and I got no response just a blank stare Needless to say, I will not be recommending this hotel nor will I be staying there again. Terrible visit

I didn’t check in early enough to get my codes and had difficulty figuring out how to contact them. They were quick to respond once I finally figured it out. Nice room, I had top floor with great peekaboo views of the wheel and sphere.
