Clean room. I felt incredibly safe with the badging in the elevator and such. Shower faucet was pretty loose, parking was non existent, they served instant coffee in the rooms, and water tasted like algae. Other than that it was great. Neat room. Staff were wonderfully helpful. I didn't eat there so I cant speak on the food.

Breakfast was delicious, the rooms were clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, the we really enjoyed the restaurant for a light meal

We are charged $45 for parking. I understand it's in the center of a little city, but still that's ridiculous. Bartender totally disinterested,

We will never stay again as there was no microwave, paid parking (for an empty parking lot), plus paid parking is not necessary no one is walking to any of the close locations. The paid parking was just a money grab. the bathroom needs up grading. Why is the toilet that close to the shower door and the glass door of shower can’t be opened if the bathroom door is even half open/a glass door at that. The fresh towel rack is over the toilet. Bathroom layout is just weird and small. Plus no free breakfast. We prefer their sister hotel Hampton Inn suite.

Property was gorgeous and the staff were all very friendly. Bathroom was very luxurious and well room well appointed. Overall great stay, with one hiccup. Apparently when we checked in someone was supposed to ask if we wanted a down or down-free room. Unfortunately, they dis not. When we finally were exhausted, in our PJs and ready for sleep, I layed down to an extremely comfortable bed. It was fantastic, until my allergies kicked in soon after. I asked if the pillows were feather and they said yes and would send someone up with the down alternative pillows. Great! A very nice gentleman brought the pillows up, but then asked if anyone asked if I needed the down free room. I said down free ROOM? He said yes, they should ask because the entire bed is down, not just the pillows. So, he had to strip the bed totally down after 11pm at night, remove the mattress topper and the entire duvet and bring up new non-down alternatives. He was wonderful, but I wish they had asked at checkin to prevent this (and my allergies) and also wonder why when I called for non-down pillows because I was allergic, that person didn't tell me about the down duvet and mattress topper. My recommendation would be if you have frather/down allergies, request the down free room. I wish I had know to do that. Other than that, great stay. The shuttle was fantastic to Careytown abd we enjoyed the little "museum" on site and the gift shop.(bought the bath sheets, which I recommended!
